Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, baked, cooled and peeled
    2 c. light cream
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    bacon bits to taste
Preparation
    Grate potatoes.
    Heat cream, cheese and butter or margarine until cheese melts.
    Blend in potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Pour into buttered 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Top with sour cream and bacon bits.
    Cook 10 minutes more or until bubbly.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
