Hamburger Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 c. warm water (110~)
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 eggs
4 c. flour
Preparation
-
In large
mixer
bowl,
combine 4 cups flour and yeast. Combine 2
cups
warm
water,
oil,
sugar
and
salt.
Add to mixture in
bowl;
add eggs.
Beat at low speed with mixer for 1/2 minute,
scraping bowl.
Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
By hand, stir in 4 cups flour to make a soft dough.
