Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli or cauliflower
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. or 12 oz. evaporated milk or Milnot
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 c. chicken broth or 14 1/2 oz. can or 1 large can
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add flour to make paste.
    Add broth slowly. Add vegetables.
    Simmer covered for approximately 45 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
    Add milk.
    Simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes.
