Baked Brie - cooking recipe

1 (4 1/2 oz.) Brie cheese
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Let pastry sheet come to room temperature.
Roll pastry out to 1/8-inch thick.
Cut out circle 8 to 9-inches in diameter.
Place cheese in center of pastry, wrapping pastry around cheese and pinching edges to seal.
Decorate pastry case with scraps of pastry cut in various shapes.
Place pastry on ungreased baking sheet and immediately reduce oven temperature to 400\u00b0.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with crackers or fresh sliced apples or pears.
