Grape Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Concord grapes
    sugar for each pound of grapes
Preparation
    Pulp the grapes, saving the skins.
    Put the pulp on to cook with a small amount of water to keep it from sticking.
    When soft mixture, rub through sieve to remove the seeds.
    Add the skins after you have put them through a blender.
    Add 3/4 pound of sugar for each pound of grapes.
    Cook until mixture is thick or test a little on a cold plate.
    Seal in sterilized glass jars.
