Ingredients

1 grapefruit
butter
1 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Marachino cherries
Preparation

Cut the grapefruit in half.
Loosen fruit from skin, then cut each section close to the membrane.
Remove the core.
Dot each half with butter.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle it over the grapefruit halves.
Put them on the broiler rack 4 inches from the heat.
cook for 8 minutes.
Decorate with maraschino cherries.
Serves 2.
