Lemon Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 oz. bottle lemon extract
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    6 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 qt. pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Gradually add dry ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup flour.
    Add extract, the raisins and pecans that have been mixed with reserved flour.
    Bake three hours at 250\u00b0.
    Place pan of water under cake pan in oven.
