Linguini With White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. olive oil
    6 oz. clams in juice, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley (flat-leaf)
    1 1/2 c. cooked linguini
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil.
    Add clams, juice and parsley; simmer.
    Pour over linguini.
    Serves 1.
    Each serving provides 2FA, 3P, 2B, 1PS (B).
