Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. onion
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Peel and quarter potatoes.
Cook in boiling water for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Strain and mash.
Add all other ingredients.
Put in greased casserole dish and store in the refrigerator.
When you are ready, dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
