Vegetable Batter(For Deep Frying) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg yolk (save the white)
    1 c. ice water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Beat egg white and fold into mixture.
    Fry dipped vegetables at 400\u00b0.
    (Banana peppers have to be parboiled.
    Zucchini squash is good when fixed this way.)
