Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water (warm)
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. shortening
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add about one tablespoon sugar. Set aside.
    In large bowl, put milk, sugar, salt, egg and shortening (stir well).
    Add flour.
    Knead dough about 5 minutes. Let rise 1 hour.
