Pork Chops A La Jenni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 center cut pork chops (1/4-inch thick)
    salt, pepper and flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine or less
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Dip in flour and shake off excess.
    Brown chops on both sides in butter in a large skillet. Then place in overlapping rows in a shallow casserole or baking dish.
    Spoon pan drippings and mushroom soup over chops.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake covered in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
