Wilted Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head leaf lettuce
    4 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry lettuce.
    Tear into pieces.
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain and crumble into bits.
    Add vinegar to fat in pan, along with water and brown sugar.
    Salt and pepper liquid.
    Heat to boiling point.
    Add bacon bits and pour hot dressing over the lettuce.
