Shrimp Dip 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boiled shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 (8 oz. size) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 onion, chopped fine
3 pieces celery, chopped fine
juice of 1 lemon
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of Louisiana hot sauce
approximately 1 pt. mayonnaise
Preparation

Soften cream cheese with lemon juice and sauces.
Beat until smooth.
Add onion, celery, mayonnaise and shrimp which has been chopped into 1/2 to 1-inch bits if large shrimp, or left whole if tiny shrimp.
