Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Sift confectioners sugar and graham cracker crumbs together. Add 1 teaspoon of melted butter.
Press onto spring-form pan.
