Chicken 'N Biscuit Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
    1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    In large skillet, combine 2 tablespoons margarine, chicken, onion, celery and pimento.
    Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat thoroughly, then separate biscuits into 10 biscuits.
    Press biscuits over sides and bottom of pie pan.
    Spoon chicken mixture over biscuits.
    Bake 8 to 13 minutes.
