Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can black beans
1/4 c. minced red onion
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/4 roasted red pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
garlic salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain and rinse beans; chop the onion, cilantro, bell pepper and red pepper.
Combine with beans; add lime juice, oil and vinegar; season and refrigerate.
