1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Dash of pepper
2 to 3 drops of hot sauce
2 lb. spareribs
Lemon slices*
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a saucepan: bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place bone side up in a shallow pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Baste ribs with sauce; turn over and bake 15 minutes.
Baste with sauce; turn again and bake 15 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
