Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag country diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 roll Town House crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except for 1/4 cup butter and the crackers. Put into a greased casserole dish.
    Crush crackers and sprinkle on top.
    Pour on 1/4 cup butter.
    Bake for one hour or until potatoes are tender at 350\u00b0.
