Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke (Wright's)
1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
dry onions, chives or parsley (optional)

Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Add optional ingredients, if desired. Cook over medium heat until thick.
