Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled
    1/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (reserve fat)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cool, peel and chop potatoes.
    Put in casserole.
    Add crumbled bacon, onion, celery, eggs, salt and pepper.
