Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sliced beef brisket
    1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
    1 pkg. dry Au Jus mix
    3 c. water
    2 to 3 sliced green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
    Serve on sliced French rolls with juices on the side for dipping.
