Skillet Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size lemon
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    all-purpose flour
    4 large skinless, boneless chicken-breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    2/3 c. chicken broth
    lemon slices and parsley sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    About 30 minutes before serving:
    From lemon, grate 1/2 teaspoon peel; squeeze 1 tablespoon juice.
    On a sheet of waxed paper, mix grated lemon peel, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon flour.
    Use to coat chicken breast halves.
