Rich Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    2 c. light cream (half and half)
    1 white onion
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper in butter in a large saucepan. Saute 5 minutes. Stir in flour. Add chicken broth and soy sauce.
    Simmer 10 minutes. Add cream and reheat to piping hot. Serve.
