Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 t. butter
    2 T. flour
    2 eggs, separated
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks and combine with sugar, butter, flour, lemon juice and milk. Fold in egg whites. Pour into crust and bake at 375\u00b0 until firm.
