Pineapple Supreme Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. each: lime and lemon gelatin
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    16 oz. small curd or cream-style cottage cheese
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve lime and lemon gelatin in hot water.
    Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into rectangular dish (13 x 6 x 2-inch) and chill.
    When firm, cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
