Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
grated rind of 1 orange
3/4 c. orange juice
1 large egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 to 1 1/2 c. firm, fresh cranberries
Preparation

Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and spices.
Lightly beat together the orange rind, orange juice, egg and oil.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Coarsely chop the cranberries and add to the batter along with the chopped nuts.
