Velvet Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Beat egg well.
    Add dry ingredients, vinegar and water.
    Cook until thick.
    Remove from heat and beat in 3 tablespoons oleo. Dressing for potato salad.
