Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. baking chocolate
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
1 tsp. (approximately) vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter together.
Add sugar, stirring, until sugar is moistened with the chocolate mixture.
Add evaporated milk and continue cooking and stirring until smooth. Add vanilla.
Makes about 1 quart.
Can be stored in refrigerator and reheated whenever desired.
