Sweet Taters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 large sweet potatoes
1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
mini marshmallows
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Pare and cut in thick slices.
Boil in enough water to cover until not quite tender.
Drain and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
Melt butter and brown sugar together.
Pour over potatoes.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 until potatoes are brown and syrup is thickened, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove cover last half of baking.
Cover with mini marshmallows last 5 minutes.
