Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
    6 sliced carrots
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. stew meat, browned
    1 medium sliced onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
Preparation
    Combine
    all ingredients in crock-pot.\tCook slow for 8 to 10 hours, stirring occasionally.
