Microwave Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine cooked rice, milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Microwave on Medium (50% power) for 13 to 15 minutes, stirring evenly every 5 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
