Creamed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained or 2 c. frozen peas, thawed
Preparation

Melt butter in small saucepan.
Add cornstarch.
Cook and stir constantly.
Add milk and peas.
Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
