Healthy Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. very soft fat-free vanilla ice cream (with added sugar or without)
2 c. fat-free skim milk
1 c. egg substitute, thawed if frozen
1 tsp. canola oil
2 tsp. rum extract
nutmeg (optional)
cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Whisk all ingredients, except nutmeg and cinnamon, together. Ladle into small cups. Sprinkle nutmeg and/or cinnamon on top. Makes 10 half-cup servings.
