Ingredients

2 c flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. milk (batter is thin so more milk may be needed)
Preparation

Mix well and drop on a greased skillet; turn when bubbly all over.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
