Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (1 small box), diced
    1 stick margarine
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    While hot, add 1/2 of the stick of margarine and the cheese.
    Stir slightly and add salt, pepper and onion flakes.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a frying pan.
    Crumble crackers and slightly brown them.
    Spread the crackers over the broccoli and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
