Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour filling into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
