Crackle Cookies(Makes About 48) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. Crisco butter flavor vegetable shortening
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Preparation

Combine cake mix, beaten eggs, water, salt, vanilla and shortening.
Mix well with spoon until blended.
Shape dough into small walnut-size balls.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until a nice, light brown.
