Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper sauce
Preparation
    Drain artichokes well, squeezing out all liquid.
    Place artichokes, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce in food processor or blender.
    Process until artichokes are finely chopped but not pureed.
    Pour artichoke mixture into greased 3 or 4 cup ovenproof serving dish.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven until light brown, 25 to 35 minutes.
    Serve hot with whole wheat crackers.
