Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. oil
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients with oil, then add 1 egg at a time and beat.
Add the 3 cups of carrots.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
