Kathy Lee'S Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey or chicken cutlet
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    garlic salt to taste
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Pound cutlets thin with a mallet.
    Salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
    Mix flour and Parmesan cheese in bowl.
    Dust cutlets in flour mixture.
    In skillet combine butter and oil on low-medium heat.
    Cook cutlets on each side.
    Mix wine and lemon juice together.
    Pour over cutlets and simmer 3 minutes.
    Put on plate and pour extra juice on top.
