Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large container cottage cheese (small curd)
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes strawberry jello
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    nuts (as desired)
Preparation
    Add equal amounts of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (chopped into small pieces).
    Marinate in Italian seasoned dressing for 2 hours before serving.
