Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    When done, add Cheez Whiz.
    Set aside. Saute together the onion, celery and green pepper in the margarine.
    Set aside.
    In another pan, cook chopped broccoli until tender. Drain. Put all ingredients together and add the cream of mushroom soup. Bake in flat dish 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
