Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    2 lb. yellow crookneck squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 small raw carrots, grated
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. cornbread dressing or enough to cover casserole
Preparation
    Steam squash until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cornbread dressing mix on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
