Lo-Cal Colada(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained
    1 large banana, sliced
    15 ice cubes
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c. pineapple/banana juice
    1/2 tsp. rum
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth.
    A great alternative to soda.
