Chinese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fried almond Rice-A-Roni, cooked
    1 large can artichoke hearts (if marinated, rinse)
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    5 green onions, chopped
    1 can sliced olives, drained
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cool Rice-A-Roni in refrigerator.
    Mix remaining ingredients and stir together.
    Best if sets for 12 to 24 hours.
