Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
1 lb. pork, cubed
1 can tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 can ripe olives
1 long green or bell pepper
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or ketchup
little celery salt
little onion salt
little garlic salt
Preparation

Brown meat; add other ingredients and simmer until meat is well done.
If necessary, add enough water to make thick sauce. Put into baking dish and spread cool cornmeal mush over top, touching edges.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top.
