Lemon Layer Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 c. nuts
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 large or 2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
Preparation
    Mix togehter oleo, nuts and flour; pat down in a 9 x 12 x 3-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Beat cream cheese, add sugar and Cool Whip, then spread over cold crust, set aside.
    Make pudding as on box; pour on top of Cool Whip layer.
    Spread more Cool Whip on top; then add nuts on top.
