Bottomless Crock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, softened
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, oil, mustard, garlic salt and brandy.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pack into a container, cover and refrigerate for a week before serving.
