Ingredients

1/2 lb. sausage
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk baking mix
2 tsp. onion
2 tsp. bell pepper
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cook sausage in skillet; drain.
Place cheese in bottom of greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle sausage over cheese.
